Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you submit a contact, quote, or booking form on this website, typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any details you include about the work you need. When you send a form that shows our texting notice, we keep your agreement to texts about visits and bills, including the words you were shown, the time, and the IP address and browser of that submission, and we may send that number one text confirming it. If the phone number on this site is answered by an AI assistant, calls to that number are recorded and transcribed, and we keep the recording, the transcript, a short summary, and the number you called from. Our web server also automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes, as most websites do.

Submissions pass through an automated spam filter. A submission it flags, or a repeat of one already sent, is not delivered to us, even though the page may say it was sent. The filter keeps a copy of it with the IP address and browser it came from, and that record is not deleted on a set schedule.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, schedule and deliver the service you requested, and follow up with you about that request. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, or text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text consent are used only so we can text you about visits, estimates, and invoices. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our calls and texts (such as our phone provider, Telnyx, and the mobile carriers), which may use it only to provide that service.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and nothing on it follows you across other websites. It does not respond differently to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal.

Some content on the page is served by third parties. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and where the site shows an embedded map, the map is loaded from its provider. Those providers receive the visitor's IP address and basic browser information in order to serve that content, and their own privacy policies apply.

How Your Information Is Handled

This website is built and hosted on the Fasite platform, which delivers form submissions from this site to Demo Hair Salon. Email about those submissions is sent through Resend. If this business uses an AI phone assistant, calls are carried by Telnyx and answered by Retell, and Retell may pass the audio or transcript to its own speech and summary vendors. Recordings and transcripts held by our voice provider, Retell, are kept while the account is active. When a business account is closed we delete that business's call records, including the copies held by Retell, on Fasite's deletion schedule. Telnyx keeps its own call and message records under its policies. Retell may use de-identified, aggregated call data to train its models. Texts, if you agreed to them, are sent through Telnyx. Invoice, estimate, and booking links from this business open on fasite.org and are covered by Fasite's privacy policy. If you pay an invoice or deposit by card on one of those links, the card is processed by Stripe on this business's own Stripe account. We share information where the law requires it. We do not sell it. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it.
